We’ve moved the Pathway Pastors blog from xanga to tumblr.  YAY!  This will make it easier for us to post through email instead of logging into xanga.  Please take note of the “ask me a question” bar on the side.  Leave comments, lets discuss things.  We will try to make sure we post a little more often.

For now, it is time to hit the “book.”  I’m writing a review of C.S. Lewis’ “Reflections on the Psalms.”  If you have a free day, this is a fantastic read.  C.S. Lewis approaches the psalms as a “non-scholar,” even though he is definitely scholarly.  He brings a very different insight into reading some of the harder Psalms.  Those that approach judgement are looked at through the eyes of Jewish culture, those on the Psalms take a very self-evaluating stand point, and the chapter on worship is, I can guarantee, one that Pathway will be hearing more about from me during worship sets/series.

One week until I’m done with my semester.
